About Me

I was born and raised in Minot, North Dakota. In 2019 immediately after high school I headed to Boulder, Colorado to follow my lifelong dream of becoming a pastry chef. I graduated with my pastry arts degree  in April of 2020, in the height of the pandemic, and decided Minot was where I was meant to be.

Knead 4 Sweets became that dream in late December of 2020. We have slowly bloomed into what we are known as today. From baby showers, to birthdays, to weddings,  I love getting to be part of such incredible milestones in everyone’s lives
